  • 3% Fee will be added to all Credit Cards to cover the banking fees.
  • 12% Government tax (for lodge rooms and cabins), 5% tax for camp site

 

                   Office closes no later than 9pm. You must call the office if your going to be later.

Cancellation

 

            We have a nonrefundable booking/cancellation fee of 25$ per reservation.

and a 50$ for more than a week reserved.

(  This fee will be deducted from your total at check-in. )

              *  Two weeks (14 Days) notice before your arrival for cancellation or you will be responsible for the full amount. 

   

 

                                                        Gatherings And Events

  • Gatherings are required to pay 50$(nonrefundable) per reservation and balance upon arrival.
  • We Require 30 days for cancellation. (No refund if  its less than 30 days and full amount is due if less than 30 days given.)
  • You will only be charge the basic site, room, cabin, or tenting fees at the time of booking  and all additions will be added at check-in.  (Pets, Additional Guests etc.)

Conditions

  • All Sites and Cabins are based on 2 Adults and 2 children.   Additional Adults/Child $5
  •  $5 per Pet, per visit. Campground only ( No pet Friendly Rooms or Cabins)
  • Daytime visitors fee $5 per adult $5 per child. One vehicle at a time, four persons max.
  • Firewood ($10 per bundle, please come get it before 7pm) cash only
  • Stays in the Lodge suites more than 3 days subject to $50 cleaning fee.
  • Public Showers $1/3Min. See office for change before 7pm.
  • FREE Roasting sticks are available at the office please do not cut our trees or branches.
  • Tents are additional to any Rv site or Camp site. Its per Tent. Discount rates may apply see office upon check-in.

Terms

  • 2 night minimum when booking weekends
  • 3 night minimum on long weekends
  • 2 pet max per site
  • We do Not split a weekend. Booking must include a Friday/Sat. You must include them when considering your booking or long term stay. Call us to Clarify if your unsure. We are happy to explain.
  • Check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. This is very important. We may send you away till we are ready for You.( call ahead if you might be early)
  • No Check-Ins after 9pm. Call ahead if you might be later.
  • NO FREE FLOW SEPTIC. Please see RV section for why.

Policies

  • Please make yourself familiar with our Policies. They are enforced to ensure the continuing safety and enjoyment of the resort for all of our guests and visitors.

Office Hours

  • Mon-Sat – 9:00am-8:00pm (breaks for lunch ~12-1pm, and dinner 7-8pm)
  • 8pm-9am   On Call. No Check-ins permitted after 9pm

                          A 3% fee will be  added to guests using Credit cards.  (to cover banking fees.)
